I love liquid nitrogen! Though I found this demo a bit on the tame side - he needed some food and a hammer. My personal favorite is broccoli - the heads go everywhere! If I only had a video camera...
The Rubens tube rocks! They should have an adapter so you can turn your gas fireplace into one.
I agree that the liqud nitrogen demo is a bit on the tame side. My favorite item is the raquet ball. Makes a nice satisfying "pop" when you smash it to the floor. I also demonstrate the vapor barrier principle by pouring the left overs down my arm (after removing any watches, rings etc.)

I'm digging that Rubens tube! Awesome. I'm trying to figure out how to rig one of those up in my basement rec room without burning down the house.
